Where is your product manufactured?
Our product is sourced internationally and assembled together in Los Angeles, CA.
Do you sell/ship internationally?
At the moment, we are only shipping within the United States.
What is the turnaround time of shipping once an order has been placed?
After completing your order, your purchase may take 2-3 weeks to deliver.
Customers will receive a tracking number when their product has fully processed and is ready to be shipped.
What if I received a faulty or damaged product?
Our products passes through extensive quality control checkpoints before an item is delivered. If for some reason, your product arrives faulty, damaged, and/or not up to your liking — please contact our Support Team within 30-days of delivery for an exchange (if available) or refund of purchase.
What is your return/refund policy?
From the time of product delivery, customers are given 30-days to request an exchange or refund of purchase, by contacting our support team HERE. Product must be unused and returned as purchased, no exceptions.
